Joe Biden spoke to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, but the most disturbing part of his day happened afterward. The president took that stage at an event sponsored by The Global Fund, which does work regarding AIDS and other diseases, and things went off the rails. In this case, quite literally.
A video is circulating showing Biden appearing to be completely dazed and confused, fumbling around the stage as his handlers attempt to talk him down. Meanwhile, another man is speaking, trying to thank him for being there while the president appears to have no idea what’s happening.
To be sure, Biden has done this before. After all, this is the same guy who had to be led away by the Easter Bunny at the White House last Spring. For my money, this is the worst episode yet, though. He legitimately doesn’t seem to understand where he’s at and where he’s supposed to go.
And while some might say this could happen to anybody, I’d contend that stretches credibility. Normal people do not meander around a stage, staring in random directions while someone else is addressing them. Normal people do not have to be guided down by handlers, which is what looks like is happening as he points, seeming to ask where he’s supposed to be. In short, it is not difficult to walk off a stage. That Biden continually makes it so hard is evidence of his senility.

I had an uncle that got to be like Joe. He didn’t last two yrs.
Did he pull on his tongue like at the funeral for the Queen
.
He has a team of liars, a staff of hundreds, entire agencies, and a fawning media.
Like 60 Minutes trying to give him built-in excuses and misrepresenting the facts.
He was just showing up during the campaign. They don’t cover the crazy things he claims.
.
Lost my mother and wife to dementia. As much as I disagree
with what his handlers are putting forword, it is sad to watch. The handlers have no respect for Biden or the country.
My mom recently died of altzheimers too. I was her caregiver until the very end. Horrible disease.
I think what they’re doing to Biden is elder abuse.
LOL - perfect! 😆
Jill should be ashamed of herself for aiding and abetting the humiliation of this brain damaged man, but she obviously doesn’t care, so long as she gets treated like American Royalty and goes down in the history books.
Like visiting my mom at the assisted living / memory care complex. Shame on that whole sick and twisted family for putting this embarrassment on the world stage - and the gaslighting media for propping him up like Charlie McCarthy’s imbecile brother. Wasn’t he just photographed pulling on his tongue at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral earlier in the week? - after showing up late with “Dr” Babysitter in her Hot Topic outfit and Payless shoes - sans headwear!
My heartfelt condolences to you both. It’s so difficult to watch a loved one go through that.
I agree; as much as I despise what Biden stands for, what the puppetmasters are doing is reprehensible.
There is probably a tiny part of Joes brain that is vividly aware of how foolish and how helpless he looks right now. But that same sentient cluster of cells knows there is nothing he can do about it, other than get off the stage asap.
I agree with you that Jill should be ashamed. I’ve never found anything to like in Biden, but every time I see an episode like this, it seems cruel elder abuse.
But I’m not sure of her motives. To me, she always looked scared, worried and reluctant during the campaign. I’m not sure she really bought-into this and that there were not other pressures on her.
Sometimes I get the same feeling. Obama and his gang of thugs?
Who knows? Her family certain has a lot of ‘issues’...
Too bad he did not explosively empty his bowels standing there in confusion.
Would have made the hilarious moment perfect.
I don’t find it ‘hilarious’. It’s downright scary.
Maybe somebody from Project Veritas can sweet talk somebody close to Jill or Hunter and explain what’s really going on.
That group has done it before with other officials.
Of course, whoever spilled the beans would probably be looking for their next job before that day of exposure was done.
I lost my mother to alzheimers several years ago. After her death, my sister and I asked each other questions about her care, as we were hundreds of miles away.
After her doctor was alerted to her condition, he gave her a cognitive test. One question was, what year is it? When she said 1944, it struck a chord with me. A few years before that, I called her on her birthday.
She told me she and my brother went up to Portland to see a movie. I was befuddled, as she lived 3 hours south in Roseburg, and she rarely left her house. Once I learned about the cognitive test, it made perfect sense. That's what teenagers did during WWII. It was special to go into Portland from Oregon City to see the movie in the big city.
After that, I told my daughter, "it's ok to put me away if I speak too eloquently and often about my summer of 1979. That's my "safe space", a summer that was rewarding and consequential on personal and professional fronts.
Put briefly, we were the only Americans for 200 miles, on a German base, supporting American units using their antiaircraft range. I was the XO, routinely in charge as the CO was usually home 400 miles to the south dealing with marital problems.
Five miles off base was a small town that came to life during the summer, and had the highest concentration of newly divorced women I've ever encountered. They fell in love with my soldiers, and the affections were reciprocated.
I made so many friends that summer, that most long weekends were spent there, it was only a 5 hour drive from where I lived.
By the end of that summer, I spoke nearly fluent German, too.
When the temp duty ended, I was at Group HQ for a meeting when I ran into a supply warrant in the G4 section. He pulled me aside and said, "you were cracking me up, LT. Every week I'd hear, "did you hear what LT Night hides Not did this week?"
Nobody ever said jack to me, probably because the after action reports were so good, both from the battalions training up there, and the agencies at Bremerhaven (200 miles away).
I had great NCOs and soldiers working with me...CO not so much...lol.
