The whole point of his rebellion and susequent criticism of his superiors was because of the Afghan pull-out tragedy where the foolish decision was made to extract our military before civilians, a major screw-up and no military Brass or Biden officials took any responsibility for that, and then 13 more Military members were needlessly murdered.
He was right then and he's right now.
You're the one who lacks credibility.
Not the most masculine fellow.
Could Gen. Milley be awol from the Russian Army?
I definitely admire Stu for sticking it to the horrible democrats in charge of the military...and I mean the democrats wearing uniforms.
Fearful, insecure people “focus on managing political narratives to save their own careers” and do not pray regularly.
Any one remember the Obama “courageous restraint” awards for not fighting the enemy?
The military has been politicized by the dimocrap party. In my lifetime, this began under Klinton.
You are correct and I served under several Presidents before the Clinton Crime family came to DC.
Clinton's 1993 'don't ask, don't tell' policy set-off the downward spiral in military readiness and morale.
I'm old but I hope I'm around long enough to piss on his grave!
Ping
Ping.
“Where is Stormin Norman when we need him”.
After the First Gulf War, GHW Bush wanted Stormin Norman the US Army Chief of Staff followed by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Saff. Storman Norman saw the way things were going and turned them down and retired. He was probably our last real warrior.
That is one of the most disgusting photos I have ever seen. It’s sickening.
I’m a VN combat vet and everything happening to our country breaks my heart. Damn, damn, damn.
I’m afraid we’re done for.
Imperial Minister Austin inspects the Imperial Space Marines prior to the arrival of Lord Vader.
In addtion, the Klinton era was also the first time that someone was elected without any experience in the military since FDR and the admin was hostile to the military. There were tons of people in the military that resigned or were pushed out.
Actually it began with Robert McNamara who intensely disliked career military people finding their duty and country mindset to be terribly unintellectual. He launched the campaign to officers from crude warfighers to be corporate managers.
Robert McNamara was also the Sec of Defense who established the rules of engagement, (ROE’s) for those of us over in Viet Nam which led to our ultimate humiliation there instead of total victory. I’ll always remember that SOB.
The colonel obviously wasn’t around during Vietnam. The only thing that has changed with the brass is the addition of wokeness.
The ‘brass’ had nothing to do with US losing in Vietnam. As always, it was the politicians backing public opinion rather than giving tools to the military that would insure victory.
