I encountered my first robot 40 years ago, and have followed the field ever since.

I am interested in the miscommunication that robots and humans will have. We could see some very strange scenarios because it's two different worlds talking to each other.

I recently published a novel called Frankie. "She" is designed to be harmless. So why are people dying, in the story?

For more info, visit http://Frankie.zone

The people who would most enjoy this book like mystery, suspense, robots, intrigue, thriller, crime, sci-fi, even romance and academic.

The book is for all readers and especially anybody who wants to learn a little more about AI and robots.

Good for you!

My personal motto as a writer is “the last edit you do is one edit too few.”

Counting on AI robots to care for me in my dotage, rather than graduates of some Math & Science academy in a strip mall.

Google is using AI to design processors that run AI more efficiently.
I find this interesting.

Miscommunication called “windows” in many places. Or frankly, just about any “enterprise-size” OS.

Interesting. I assume you did a lot of research into AI and robotics. Did you learn anything interesting about training AI in perception? How about self-awareness/consciousness?

Thanks for many smart comments.

The robot as killer is old theme but that’s not what Frankie is about. A robot is effectively an alien, ss if from another galaxy, and there is a high probability of misunderstanding even simple things. That’s the part that’s interesting to me.

Furthermore I’m a novelist, not a scientist or nonfiction writer. in Frankie I try to make people aware of interesting subtleties.
