Breaking News: The federal 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia issued an opinion late Friday that mail-in ballots without a required date on the envelopes must be counted in a judicial race last year in Lehigh County with the Republican candidate leading by 74 votes.

Basically the 3rd circuit just decide that they write election laws and that somehow the federal Civil Rights Act overrides state legislatures. That undated mail in ballots must be counted. So basically the 3rd circuit is on the election fraud. Corrupt.
