No one is "Coming for your abortions."
No one wants to pry your abortions from your cold, dead hands.
They're just asking for "Common Sense Abortion Controls." Simple, basic things like universal background checks (on both parents), waiting periods, a restriction on multiple purchases ("No one needs to buy more than one abortion every five years!"), adding both of your names to a national publicly-searchable database, and the ability to enforce "Red Flag" laws to keep you from having sex if a neighbor or relative reports you as a threat.
Nothing to worry about.

How about just tell them the truth: “In the unlikely event that your state bans it, one of your neighboring states will likely allow it to continue as is.” “So what if you have to travel a hundred miles or so?
Your employer will pay for the travel. It’s cheaper than 6 months of paid maternity leave.
That’s what I’ve been telling my horrified, liberal friend. According to a map I’ve seen posted, only one state doesn’t share a border with a state that will still allow abortion. If they don’t want to move, they can always take a short trip. Nobody who really wants to do it will be stopped. But people can make a strong statement of their position against it in the state legislature of their own state.

WHY haven’t we done this already? It’s the National Abortion Rights Action League and the other abortion nut lobbies, isn’t it? If it saves only one child’s life ...
Uou know thats not the point with the socialists. Totalitarians.
They demand those that disagree be forced to do what they don’t want/oppose. Thats integral to who they are.
Personal inconvenience on any level they hate, but forcing enemies to have to do things they staunchly oppose is paramount to them.
