There is an important question no one in the media, including Fox or Republicans, is asking about the biggest failure of the Biden administration. Why has the current administration abandoned Americans still in Afghanistan?
The latest I could find about the number of Americans still in Afghanistan was dated two months ago from Senator James Risch of Idaho, that was covered by Hannity. He released a stunning number of Americans that are still in Afghanistan who seem to be forgotten.
“The report, signed by Foreign Relations ranking member Jim Risch of Idaho, reveals that State Department officials believed that between 10,000 and 15,000 Americans were in Afghanistan as late as Aug. 17. In the next two weeks, only 6,000 Americans were able to escape the country ahead of the Taliban takeover,” the Daily Caller reports.
There could be as many as 9000 Americans or more still in Afghanistan. No one asking the Biden administration why nothing is being done to save them. They were abandoned by a terrible order from the State Department with what could only be concluded was purposeful intent.

The current administration clearly wanted the American military out at all costs. That is what led to those thousands who were left behind. How could the abandoning of Americans be anything other than purposeful?
Those thousands of Americans have been abandoned to the likes of the Taliban and no one seems to care. No one should have stopped asking the administration about their abandonment. It is a massive failure on the part of the media and Republicans, both elected and running for office.
If Republicans are running on that issue, I have yet to see or hear it.

There are likely some dual citizen, ethnic Afghans who chose to live there. As for “ordinary” Americans stuck in Afghanistan, they are about as evident as Bigfoot, as far as I can tell.

If there were ordinary, regular Americans (as opposed to Ilan Omar paperwork Americans), stuck in Afghanistan, who are they and why have we not heard from their American family members desperately trying to get them home?
There is a distinction between American born and bred citizens, and ethnic Afghans who acquired secondary American citizenship by accommodation or chance. Both categories of citizen deserve protection and assistance by the US, but not with the same level of concern. Almost all of those American citizens who tarried or stayed in Afghanistan were of the latter category and did so as matter of choice because they regard Afghanistan as their home and wanted to see how things would work out under the Taliban. Now they are stuck in a country ruled by Islamic crazies. Getting them out will be tough.

The media completely blacked out all stories about Afghanistan after biden totally messed up and gave the taliban 85 billion dollars worth of military equipment and left Americans behind.

The rush evac of u.s. mil was purely to facilitate turning the worn out ak47 ragtag talybon into a modern armed and equipped army by leaving the talybon 83 BILLION worth of gear.
Biden also gave the talybon all the bio identifier files and equipment to,,,, the talybon. So they could use it to impede any Americans or allies to get inside the air port and on the planes, only who the taly bon wanted on the planes, what I call the TalyBiden Battalion, got on those planes and inserted into continental use.
Remember, MUTINY milley and Mattis had prebought and prepositioned hallal food for them months in advance.

Yes, it appears that we are talking about dual citizens who are Afghans. Frankly I’m OK with them staying in Afghanistan permanently.
They had months of warning that a withdrawal was coming. They had opportunities to leave. They made a CHOICE.
If they made that choice for the benefit of the U.S., providing intel, etc. they deserve consideration. Otherwise getting them out should not be a top priority. If the opportunity arises, get them out. But don’t spend blood or treasure seeking them.
Probably the same reason we’ve heard so little from the hundreds of politically imprisoned by Jan 6 judges.
There are innocent people by the several hundred arrested for being invited into the Capital building by the police with the 14,000 hours of video of it being blocked from being released who were arrested and jailed for many months awaiting charges and most not charged and if so they were misdemeanors while real looting was going on and continues to by the democrat party thugs.
The Americans in Afghanistan mean even less to the Biden / obama people and the corrupt news media.
