This is treason. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve is specifically for the US in a time of war so the military can stock up and be self sufficient, or for natural disasters such as Katrina level hurricanes.. These are the reserves that Trump filled up.

I agree. Joe blocked US production. Now he's sending our reserves off.
I'm wasn't crazy about the GOP lifting the ban on oil exports in 2015. We should keep our oil. Buy oil from other's when it's cheap. Use our own when it's expensive.

If science proves conclusively that the earth produces new oil in sufficient qualities, then fine, export it. But if it's a finite or semi-finite resource. Semi-finite meaning the earth doesn't reproduce it at the rate we use it, then keep ours.

Oil is fungible on the world market which determines the price of oil both here and abroad. Russia is still exporting oil and natural gas to the world market.
Oil is expensive today because of what Biden has done to the USA oil production. His actions have removed oil that would have kept the world market price down. Also, the Saudis will not increase production because of Biden aiding and abetting Iran. The Saudi’s are pissed off.
