The Luby’s cafeteria shooting was the impetus for a huge a amount of changes in gun laws in Texas and put GW Bush into office. For such a great governor he didn’t do so hot as President.

There is more to the story. According to a Facebook post:
“Killeen - Amir Tajai-Kineh Ngaojia (20) was arrested by Killeen Police on a charge of deadly conduct / discharge firearm and his bail was set at $100,000.”
Probably not his first rodeo, and he was probably murdered instead of passing away of natural causes.
