This is total nuts -
This plant goes down, approx 12 million people without any power. And that is the least of the problems.
Was the shut down just as the attack started, or very soon before, as a precaution, or was it shut down for maint or repair.
If the latter, then what were those 12 mil doing for juice in the meantime?
