I didn’t think it possible to grow more jaded. Sometimes I underestimated myself. But perhaps you understand. What with all the corrupt media,
the war mongers (both foreign and domestic),
and all the other miscellaneous liars and hypocrites perforating the peace I find that my capacity for being jaded has not yet maxed out. Unfortunately.
Being jaded is like being burned out…only with more cynicism: two things I do not need more of at my age. Plus weariness is catching and cynicism spreads as fast as the latest WuFlu variant. So…
Full steam ahead! When I can no longer rely on coffee to facilitate an attitude adjustment I might just be dead.
Today I pledge that I will not let the idiots and the bastards beating the drums of war drum all the good out of life. Besides, it’s Mutt day -
and there are more important things to focus on.

There are more important things to focus on.
Sadly, and happily correct. For my sanity, I stopped pointing out individual lies (videos, photos, anything) presented by the media for any side in this new foreign conflict to those in my family and circle who want to wring their hands and educate me why I’m wrong.
Sadly for the people that live there, evil and corruption rule both sides. There are no good guys that i see.
Happily will take my dog for a drive. After i have my coffee.
Make it a Wonderful Day, for someone.
From my mid 60’s perspective Heaven is looking better and betterer all the time. John Lennon, of all leftist people, had a line in one of his songs, ‘just give me some truth, all I want is the Truth’. Well Jesus is the Way, Truth and Light. This corrupted planet needs Him desperately.
Jesus can’t return soon enough.
It’s “Wag the Dog” come to life.
