It’s Presidents’ Day in the USA, which doesn’t mean much anymore other than your USPS mail will be later than normal. Our current president is busy saber-rattling about securing the sovereign borders of other countries while our own remain as porous as a crocheted face mask.
“Our position is very clear in respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states.” (except ours)
Meanwhile in Canada, the man Rolling Stone pined for and wished could be our president
has characterized the most polite government protestors in history as terrorists and white supremacists. He deployed riot police to break it up, impound their trucks and froze their bank accounts. Indeed, why can’t he be our president? Aside from the fact he’s Canadian.

The Canadian sheeple speak (of one mind):
“Why should a govt deal with terrorists? They didn't want a conversation; they wanted to overthrow the government.”
“They aren’t peaceful protestors. They are illegal occupiers.”
You’d think they were talking about the January 6th “insurrectionists.” That’s the beauty of One World Government: they can deploy their “good guys” wherever and whenever necessary. Unfortunately for the OWG, so can the protestors. And they can also just choose to stay home. And not deliver any of the goods you’re accustomed to having.

Buckle up Buttercup, this year is going to be another rough ride.

Yes, we have had some great presidents. But there should not be a President’s Day in the first place. The Revolution was fought to get rid of a king. Yet we persist in treating our presidents as if they were kings.
(Maybe I’m making a good point here. But maybe I’m just upset because there is no mail today, and I’m expecting an important letter.)
Wrong. It’s George Washington’s Birthday.
