I’d wager that he will NOT do the thing. He can’t possibly stand in front of the whole world and regurgitate the same obvious, indefensible LIES that he’s been spewing all this time.
He can still read cue cards and teleprompter, but other than that, he is on autopilot, and can’t deviate from the script. His audience will be carefully selected if he does xpeak,speak, before audience.

Its obvious that he gets “boosts” of some kind so he can get through the day. And its pretty clear when the stuff starts wearing off. He gets that catatonic, confused look and then he’s quickly wisked away.
