Facebook restricted Headline of the Day after they posted this information:
.
.
Thank God we have sites that give this information to the public.
For now.
Facebook ran an ad in the Guardian that said they blocked 26 million posts for advocating violence, etc.
Perhaps they consider exposing corruption as advocating violence.
My feed has seen a ton of posts proselytizing for the moon god of late.
I report every one for violence and buggery, but they still keep coming. I realize that it’s an exercise in futility on my part, but I’m stubborn that way.
“Neutral platform”
Don’t forget, Republicans could have fixed this under Trump. They didn’t even try, which tells us they don’t want to fix it.
Thus sayeth the Ministry of Truth!......................
The YouTube restriction does not appear on the Headline of the Day (HOTD) webpage and the image of it above is not linked to anything.
Did the adjudicators at YouTube bother to inform HOTD what the misinformation in the graph was or how combining this government data created the misinformation?
(Just seeking an accessible link with the YouTube explanation - assuming one exists.)
Never mind. (Face palm)
The restriction was against creating Facebook ads for it.
Great graphic, I can see how this information might cause some to have a case of the vapors.
After rereading my first post, I realized I had looked on YouTube (instead of Facebook) in trying to see if there was a reason given to back up the misinformation violation.
Well, Duh! That led to my subsequent “never mind” post.
Still, thanks for taking time to respond.
