I’ve suspect they are flying them into the Nashville/Murfreesboro area through the Smyrna airport. What I’m seeing is about half the people buying new houses and/or moving into the new houses being built in the area is foreigners, maybe what I’m seeing is not what others are seeing but I’m going with my gut feelings on this.
If Tenn is like Indiana, you can check the tax records by address to find ownership. You may have do dig below the surface if it’s being masked by LLCs or whatever.
