How prevalent is election fraud in the United States? And what explains the aversion in America to voter ID laws, restrictions on mail-in voting, and other election integrity laws that are common in much of the developed world?
In this episode, we sit down with John Fund, who co-authored “Our Broken Elections: How the Left Changed the Way You Vote” with Hans von Spakovsky.
“Minorities are often the biggest victims of this because they live in the areas where it can be practiced most assiduously and with the least consequence because the [political] machine often controls the levers of [prosecution] and law enforcement,” Fund said.

John Fund: Thank you so much.
Mr. Jekielek: I’ve really been enjoying your new book, “Our Broken Elections.” It seems like there’s this ubiquitous narrative out there that voter fraud is not really a thing. Maybe it happens here and there, but doesn’t really influence elections very much. It’s actually just a mantra to disenfranchise voters of sorts. And that seems to be in the corporate media, the common mantra, at the same time, when you actually go and poll everyday Americans, they seem to think it is an issue. And so, how does this all work?
Mr. Fund: Until about a decade ago, this was an issue that was very much debated in the country and discussed in a bipartisan way. Many newspapers in America have won Pulitzer Prizes for uncovering voter fraud cases, the Chicago Tribune, the Miami...

Democrats can’t win without fraud.
That’s why they oppose ID.
Yep...this is spot on. I post in Mexico, I live in Mexico, I vote in Mexico as well as in California. But to vote in Mexico, you have 12 months to go to the Instite of Federal Election and get your ID card to vote. You have to show birth certicate, a light bill, or phone bill with the address. You sometimes need to bring an affadavit of the Colony or sector of the city you live in. Then they take a PHOTOGRAPH of you, a finger print.. and you vote.
Voting, they have plastic boxes to collect ballots. They have live video camaras, and have to take pictures before voting starts of the clear plastic boxes to collect votes. When you get to the line, they check your Voter ID card, they verify it is you, then they punch a HOLE in the card so you have to go back in 1 year to get another one to vote. Then they put silver nitrate on your finger, so you can’t go to another polling booth... So HOW do Mexicans commit fraud? They offer to buy blank ballots, you get your ID checked, a hole in your card, but instead of YOU putting an X in the box, you bring the ballot OUT and someone with the highest paying bidding party, will buy your blank ballot.
When The guy who collected ballots votes, he dumps all the ballots he purchased in the street. Blank ballots can fetch between $50 and $100, for people who never did believe in the validity of the system, it is an easy $100 bucks.
I have been assured by our aging Republican cheerleaders that there is no fraud in our system. In fact they consider any discussion of voter fraud to be a conspiracy by forum Democrats to tamp down voter enthusiasm. Yes it’s a KooKy notion, but it’s who they are.

And that’s exactly the way the Democrats want things. The GOP elites aren’t particularly happy with it. But objecting would take some effort. And that would interfere with drinks time at the country club.

He’s been very good about exposing election fraud. ‘Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy’ was published in 2004.
If America had Canada’s federal election system Donald Trump would still be President. No electronic voting, no mass mailing of unsolicited ballots, Voter ID, no curb side drop boxes, involvement of party appointed scrutineers to verify the chain of possession of ballots AND to participate in up close supervision of the counting.
In the US it was a lot simpler.
They vote buyer gave you a marked ballot to deposit, and you brought him back the blank ballot to prove you voted and collect your pay.
Why is Republican leadership refusing to prepare for the midterms?

No no no no. We are way way ahead of everyone on election security to ensure the reelection of corrupt hypocritical racist leftists.
The last thing *any* politician wants is an honest, fair election.
The RATS NEED to win in order to keep all the various tentacles of corruption operating smoothly while the Republicans are AFRAID of winning because then they would be forced to do something to clean up this mess and the media will call them names.
We are behind Iraq. They voted in person and when you voted, your finger was dipped in ink.
