Blame Americans! TIME magazine chose to blame the everyman to protect President Joe Biden from his disastrous economic policies and the supply chain shortages hampering the U.S. economy.
The liberal magazine was blunt in its absurd condescension in a story headlined, “How American Shoppers Broke the Supply Chain.” The story bleated how “America has long been gobbling up more goods from overseas than we send back, but in the past year, spending has gone bonkers.” The smear piece even had a subsection headlined, “Our buying habits are hurting the U.S. economy.” Of course, TIME mentioned nothing about how Biden and the Federal Reserve “squeezed the supply side with incentives not to work, restrictive mandates, and the promise of more regulation and higher taxes. The result is 5% inflation and supply-chain disruptions that CEOs say will stretch well into 2022 and maybe beyond,” as The Wall Street Journal editorial board noted Oct. 8. In fact, neither Biden nor the Federal Reserve appear anywhere in the TIME article.

The Brandon Media to the rescue!!
Pravda wasn’t this bad.
I’m an American
I’m a shopper
yeah its my fault...
We’re all buying prepping supplies...getting ready for BidenGeddon.
I understand that California has banned all large trucks made before 2005 from operating in the state.
There’s your supply chain issue right there!
Time Magazine still exists?
America has long been gobbling up more goods from overseas than we send back
So the answer is we need more goods Made In America. Let’s bring manufacturing jobs back to the US.
Keep on insulting normal Americans. Let’s see how that works out for you. Let’s go, Brandon!
Sorry, Time, but his is not a supply chain crisis. At its core. it is a transport crisis that is slowing the supply chain. There is not one single nation on the globe that has container ships logjammed off their ports. In fact. other than the 2 ports in LA that are creating the transport problem, there are no other ports in the US that are log jammed. One state’s overregulation should not be allowed to impede interstate commerce to the other 49 states. A Republican President would invoke the Interstate Commerce clause of the constitution citing the crisis to force a temporary suspension of California’s overregulation as to trucking and warehouse spaces specifically affecting those 2 ports and perhaps jawboning union leaders over port union rules that are causing the problem until we clear the logjam. Unfortunately, this administration is union and overregulation friendly and we continue to suffer for it.
i.e. if only you middle americans would be better people!
But wait! We can make you better if only you follow our orders!

It’s those darn, awful Americans again.
Those darn domestic terrorist shoppers !
Has TIME been complicit in promoting high-paying manufacturing and textile jobs overseas under the guise of globalization?
If so, then they need to STFU and go back to not being read in a rural dentist office.
If I posted what I am thinking, I would be suspended...
I wonder if the Russians knew how biased the Pravda propaganda was or if they were as clueless as 3/4 of the American public appears to be?
No, Luce was a Republican and the writers didn’t appreciate his control. He was a moderating influence on writers who were more progressive. After he died they got their way and the magazine became less balanced and less reliable.
