The Israelis may be ahead of the game....they wanted such a weapon for the Arabs but found they are genetically similar. There is even talk of person-specific bio-weapon. Indeed this is frightening.

Waste of money as they are frauds - some one sent in his cat’s DNA and it came back as human decent from various EU countries. Many other examples.

He was the Minister of National Defense for the CCP. For confirmation he actually said those words, you would have to be fluent in Mandarin ; have sources withing China who were willing to risk their lives to give you the verification you request.
