This is a definite stock up deal if you live in an area serviced by Publix in the Southeast. Right now Kentucky Legend Hickory and Applewood bacon 16 oz packs are selling for $8.99 BOGO or two for $8.99. However Publix also has a store coupon in their Family Celebrations booklet for $2 off. Therefore if you buy two Kentucky Legend packs of bacon it will cost $8.99 minus $4 for the two store coupons you use. The result is that you will pay only $4.99 total or $2.50 per 16 oz pack.
The good news is if you can get more of those coupon booklets as I did at the store in their booklet rack, you can buy FOUR packs of that bacon and use FOUR coupons. I saved almost $120 today by stocking up.

10 boneless pork chops for $10. They are small, but they are trimmed of fat. You can always throw some in the freezer.
About a year or 2 ago when bacon was reasonably priced, my local grocery store had a 2 for 1 sale on Oscar Meyer bacon.
Bought 8. At the check out I got a $2.50 off my next Oscar Meyer purchase so went back and got 2 more. That repeated 3 more times. I still have bacon in my freezer!
Oscar Meyer bologna is now on sale. Haven’t had any for years. Bologna sandwich with Miracle Whip was a favorite when I was kid. Shopping tomorrow.
Unless they have a similar deal on kosher bacon, this really doesn’t help me much. :>)
But if I ate non-kosher bacon, then this would be a great deal.

Me too, but the major drawback is it’s only 12oz and costs more than the 16oz regular bacon and takes one less step to process, so it should cost less.

See, Peejay can't get a job due to his chronic hygiene
issues so he either rips off material or clumsily makes
his own, gaining less than a cent per click. True story.
So Peejay uses Free Republic as a source of traffic so that
he might scam a few bucks and buy a taco or a coke. Maybe a beer.
It's actually kind of sad, he seems to be at least semi literate

You can only use that coupon ONCE since that is all they print out. Oh, and I actually did use it with my first purchase.
