Mark Milley has repeatedly said that everything that happened has been a part of a master plan he put together. He planned for the country to be overrun, people to fall off of airplanes, a suicide bomber to kill dozens of people including 13 marines, hundreds of US citizens to be left behind to remain permanent guests of the Taliban, and now for the sacred George Floyd mural to be defaced.
