In early July Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano announced he was initiating a full forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election on several Pennsylvania counties.
This news obviously shook the corrupt Democrat state leaders in Pennsylvania.
Late Friday the Pennsylvania Department of State issued a directive prohibiting county election boards from cooperating with the Senate’s election audit. According to the directive from the Secretary of State’s office:
▪️ Elections officials may not turn over election material to third parties.
▪️ Any equipment turned over to a third party cannot be used again in an election.
▪️ The state will not reimburse counties for the cost of replacement equipment.
Senator Doug Mastriano later posted a video response to the overreach by the Secretary of State.
Mastriano gave the three counties until July 31 to respond. On Thursday little Tioga County declined to participate in the audit. The commissioners explained that their decision saying it was made because they need new voting machines paid for and delivered within three weeks.
And on Friday Democrats in Philadelphia, where they locked GOP observers out of the counting room for several days, also refused to participate in the forensic audit.
How weak.

The two counties where the biggest amount of cheating takes place do not want anyone to have a look are refusing to take part in any audit. Why is crystal clear. Evidence would show exactly that. They will fight vehemently against giving away what they have been doing for years. Just keep watching!

Forget Tioga, I know that one. Been through that county many times. Wellsboro and Mansfield are the biggest towns they have. A hundred of them both wouldn’t put a patch on Philadelphia. Focus on Philadelphia County. That’s where all the counterfeit absentee Biden ballots have been made to look like gold. (As well as those for state assemblymen as well.)
It appears the legislatures of the states have constitutional authority over elections, not counties or state employees. A judge would have to make a blatantly unconstitutional ruling to find against the legislature. Of course these days one can easily see a judge ruling in this way.
