It wasn't so much what he said but rather how he said it at the July 20 Carroll County Virginia school board meeting that was compelling. A very refreshing contrast to the usual demeanor in this Computer Age. He is definitely NOT one of those "puppets on a string" that he referred to.

I was going to use various clips of people talking at that school board meeting but this guy really stood out so I focused solely on him.

I couldn't figure out what he was saying. Like Biden with an accent. It could be a matter of where you're from. If you aren't used to hearing that accent, it might not be understandable to you. I don't talk like that but I have heard a lot of that type of speaking so I understood what he said. It's like I can't figure out what a lot of folks in Britain are saying. I liked "Peaky Blinders" but a lot of what they said wasn't very understandable to me.
