The big news yesterday is that after months and months of intense investigation, there will be NO indictment of President Donald Trump by the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr.. Therefore Rachel Maddow who has been acting like her life depends on Trump being indicted had to feign joy over charges possibly being brought against the Trump organization (NOT Trump) for a few officials possibly not paying taxes on fringe benefits. Yeah, all that INTENSE investigation and that is all they came up with. Oh, and NOTHING against Donald Trump himself.
Perhaps Maddow knows if she acknowledges the "horrible" truth of NO Trump indictment she would have a total mental meltdown as happened when the Mueller Report revealed NO Trump-Russia collusion in 2019. Therefore better for her just flat out avoid the bitter truth by focusing on minor charges against the Trump organization and fake being happy about what has to be a complete DISAPPOINTMENT to her.

In the end if they are even tried and if found guilty that is what will happen. What they did is not a criminal offense unless it can be shown they knew they were supposed to report it as a taxable gift and deliberately did not do so.
In any case I don’t believe Trump can in any way be held responsible.
In one of my jobs before I went into my own business I was given a car to use and a credit card for gasoline along with auto insurance. I was also allowed the use of a condo in Fla as well as taking my wife to dinner on our Anniversary, her birthday as well as mine. I never reported a dime of the value of these gifts which surely exceeded $10,000 annually. I actually never even thought about it. AS far as I was concerned if I didn’t receive a 1099 or a W-2 it was not income..

You're okay as long as you were NOT working for the Trump organization. Otherwise you would have been featured on Rachel Maddow as she desperately tries to avoid mentioning that Donald Trump was NOT indicted.
