In theory that law will not prevent anyone from getting a gun and walking across the street and shooting a bunch of students.

My Brother and his Family moved to Colorado Springs from CA decades ago.
When the Rats took over, he told me it wasn’t a problem because Coloradan’s are Conservative and overwhelmingly support our Constitutional Right to own Firearms.

Very vague and shadowy legislation, which makes the legislation : "arbitrary and capricious" ,
which allows local government able to selectively chose whom to prosecute, and whom to verbally admonish.
It is just the very same type of selective application of legislation that is administered currently in Portland Ore., that gives us riots and arsons that are never prosecuted.
