As a conservative, I have no problem with homosexuality being legalized.
I have a BIG problem with homosexuality being normalized.
I can’t stop deviant behavior - but let me teach my children to recognize deviant behavior when they see it.
Being illegal, even if poorly enforced, help to prevent any effort to normalize it. Homosexual acts illegal and no gay “marriage” or any of that.

As Constitutional Conservatives, we do not use law to force others to conform to what we think is right. We believe in individual freedom.
That does not mean we can’t attempt to influence society according to our beliefs. It just means we do it with ideas - not laws.
Assert your first amendment rights - your freedom of religion, your freedom of expression. Champion your beliefs and ideas in the public square and in academia - but don’t attempt to write them into law.
Because if you can use the law to enforce your beliefs - so can they.
The whole point of the Constitution was to maximize the freedom of individuals and prevent the tyranny of the majority.
One of the purposes of all this is to make plain old homosexuality seem “normal” in comparison.
Unfortunately, you simply cannot have one without the other, Pandora's Box has been opened.

Homosexual acts were generally illegal among the several States that ratified the Constitution and the BoR.
Homosexual acts, or indeed adultery, are not covered by A4:S2:C1 or the 9th Amendment.
Making homosexual acts illegal where there is proper jurisdiction is in with the historical sweet spot of this nation and its laws, if for local and State laws within their respective jurisdictions or for the federal in those few places — like the seat of government or a territory — where more general power to write Rules and Regulations exist.
As for the counter argument, that too is untrue as most all that the Left wants to regulate is protected by our P&I and the 9th Amendment being generally lawful among all the several States that ratified as well as our rightful Common Law.
