currently Biden canot be impeached becous of how many reperesenitive he controls and even if by miricle he was impeached and found guilty all of those involved in the fraud are in the line of succession....here is the idea That I had. We dont need impeachment to remove biden. instead have the state legislature all pass a constitutional amendment that removes Joe Biden, Kamilah Harris and Nancy Pelosi by name from political office and reinstates President Trump or Some one else as a interim president till elections can be held. not smart enough to figure out what else would be needed in the constitutional amendment but I am sure there are others more savy with law and the constitution that could write the amend ment. Al that is needed is for the legislatures in the states to pass the amendment, DC is not needed on this.

There are 27 Amendments to the Constitution. Over 11,000 or something like that have been put forth. So passing amendments is not an easy task. The amendment process starts in Congress, unless a constitutional convention is convened. That has never happened in the history of the U.S.

no there is another way. it just has never been successful. the closest to the way I mentioned ever passing was ERA constitutional amendment.
If election vote is proved to be fraudulent the state leader can recall their certification of the election thus removing a person form office.
