Legal experts are picking up “signals” that Donald Trump could be hit with subpoenas and indictments in New York City and Georgia.

Washington, D.C.-based public interest lawyer John Banzhaf, who prompted the election interference investigation in Georgia, said the case is heating up.

He noted that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is struggling for documents from Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who is said to be “lawyering up.”

Meanwhile, Willis has hired a special prosecutor who had a role in the Whitewater case against former President Bill Clinton.

It’s time to try these prosecutors for malicious prosecution and get them disbarred. In America we are not allowed to attack individuals by serially trumping up fake crimes, not even small real offenses as was done with Manafort & others who they thought to use to pressure POTUS Trump.

As laid out more elegantly in the excerpt below:
https://www.oxfordeagle.com/2018/05/09/show-me-the-man-and-ill-show-you-the-crime/

“Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia and Eastern Europe, bragged that he could prove criminal conduct on anyone, even the innocent.”

“Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” was Beria’s infamous boast. He served as deputy premier from 1941 until Stalin’s death in 1953, supervising the expansion of the gulags and other secret detention facilities for political prisoners. He became part of a post-Stalin, short-lived ruling troika until he was executed for treason after Nikita Khrushchev’s coup d’etat in 1953.”

Beria targeted “the man” first, then proceeded to find or fabricate a crime. Beria’s modus operandi was to presume the man guilty, and fill in the blanks later. By contrast, under the United States Constitution, there’s a presumption of innocence that emanates from the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments, as set forth in Coffin vs. U.S. (1895).

Unlike Beria’s paradigm, U.S. prosecutions start with the discovery of a crime. Then there’s an investigation to find or confirm the identity of the perpetrator and collect evidence to prove his or her guilt.

“However, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appointment and subsequent investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign appear to follow the Beria model, not the U.S. Constitution model.”

Remember the 2010 voter backlash after the Marxists dumped Obamacare on us? Twenty twenty-two will be worse.

Of course, if this were to happen, there would be an explosion on the right. The ONLY reason that Trump would be indicted is because of politics. If he had not run and been elected President, it would not have happened. Everyone knows this. However, fire must be fought with fire. Red state AGs must indict Clinton, Obama, Biden, et al. No quarter. Talk about a target-rich environment. If this is the way the left wants to play, then conservatives must play. Just like Israel, hit back ten times harder.

Therefore, most members of a grand jury, and of any criminal trial juries in this county, are likely to be very unfriendly to Trump, especially now that he has lost a lot of his clout and his ability to reach out easily on social media with most of his followers.”

This completely false. Whoever wrote this epically epically clues.

Real smart, Dems.

It's like the Dems had a meeting and asked "What can we do to double MAGA turnout at the 2022 elections?"

When and if this happens, this country will have completed its transition to that of a banana republic.

Never ever to return as a constitutional republic until it goes through the same cycle of violence, economic destruction and misery as have all in the past.

The only way to avoid it is to stop it now.

The only peaceful way is to immediately clean up our system of electing government officials.

In addition to the audits being conducted today, we should be auditing the election results for every single office, no matter how small and insignificant to the national government. In all cases the winner should be replaced if he/she won by fraud.

Concentrating on correcting the outcome on the local level will remove the federal government (the swamp monsters) from influence and/or overruling the outcome.

With honest people in local government, the national government can be cleaned u much more readily.
