He and his legal team have filed numerous lawsuits. Nearly all have been rejected without a hearing. All the way to the Supreme Court.
Numerous other outside groups and their lawyers have filed lawsuits, also rejected without a hearing.
Republican state assemblies that have full Constitutional Authority have been petitioned to act upon their authority and they have declined to act. Cowards all.
So, what do you suggest?
Insurrection act or martial law. Step aside and appoint an interim president and a new election.
It's extreme, but the alternative is amnesty and 50 million new democrats, and Dominion voting entrenched in all 50 states. The end of the Republic. Democrat magorities forever.

The US Military via the Joint Chiefs and the heads of each branch of service has “ALL” stated they will have nothing at all to do with this political battle.
Trump is pursuing all legal Constitutional means and he and every other group are being denied so much as a hearing by the court at nearly all levels.
So, with the military and the courts at all levels refusing to act, the Republican state legislatures refusing to act, what now do “you” suggest the President do?

The real answer is a massive uprising of the American People. Millions upon Millions of us.
Just like what happened in Egypt several years ago when the Islamists through voter fraud installed an Islamist gov’t and the Egyptian people, outraged, rose up across the entire country in outrage. The fraudulent election and gov’t were overthrown by the overwhelming outrage of the Egyptian people all across the country by the hundreds of millions of Egyptians.
There has been precious little indication that the so-called American Patriots who say they support our Constitution and this President are prepared to do the same.
The end result is the same. But, technically, you are correct.
Where are the patriots from the swing states that were stolen? Where is the outrage in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin? Arizona? Nevada?
