Peter Navaro, the Assistant to the President, Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, and the national Defense Production Act policy coordinator, just released a report on the 2020 election.

...... Snip......

In the report, Peter Navarro, also a White House Trade Adviser, outlines a “coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket” occurring in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Holy election fraud! This is laid out in the simplest terms that even a Neanderthal could understand. It's imperative that Trump remains in office, even if he enacts The Insurrection Act in these select swing states that perpetrated the fraud.

Can we depend on the DoJ and / or Armed Forces to enforce the Insurrection Act?
The DoJ has pretty much show itself to be a creature of the Swamp, and I would not have much faith in the Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon.

Doesn’t matter. The courts don’t want to hear it. And the insurrection act is still subject to the courts and the constitution.

By the time that the computer issues get laid out, then the interference by Iran, China and Russia....then lay out the dead voters and fake voters...this will amount to 25-million Biden votes. Then what? From this point on, you won’t be able to trust in the voting system to work.

Unless the “justice” system does something quick, lots of people simply done voting as all this corruption comes to light. Then dems win...

Any military leaders not taking orders will just be arrested and removed.
I doubt if any would like Gitmo.

Any vote counted after "election day" is ILLEGAL. A unanimous SCOTUS decision confirms this.

"At midnight on the evening of November 3, and as illustrated in Table 1, President Trump was ahead by more than 110,000 votes in Wisconsin and more than 290,000 votes in Michigan. In Georgia, his lead was a whopping 356,945; and he led in Pennsylvania by more than half a million votes. By December 7, however, these wide Trump leads would turn into razor thin Biden leads – 11,779 votes in Georgia, 20,682 votes in Wisconsin, 81,660 votes in Pennsylvania, and 154,188 votes in Michigan."

Questions regarding "early voting" are answered in post #16.

That would be good, but they could turn mobilization into a total cluster before they’re removed.

In all honesty, we sorely need someone like a Hoover to man the FBI, and start exposing the anti-Americans within the nation. That won't be a difficult task; just look at the Democrat party, some of the higher Republican officials, 99.5% of Hollywood, 99.99% of those employed in higher education, etc. They haven't even tried to hide their sentiments since Obama came into power.

Sadly, they would probably need to be disappeared. The rot is too far ingrained in these individuals.

Think I'll dig out a copy of John Ross', Unintended Consequences to read over the holidays.

It’s seems hard to believe that such blatant fraud and vote manipulation would be tolerated by anyone, regardless of how they voted.

How can law abiding people of integrity, especially those of us in positions of responsibility and power in our communities, in the legal system, in law enforcement and in the military, watch this and be okay with it?

If they get away with it now, when we can see what they did, then there’s no stopping them ever again.

They will have all of the power and no checks and balances.

Navarro may be the smartest guy in the White House and this report is terrific. Simple, easy to understand, and on point.

Banned from holding public office and voting would suffice.

From one of the reporter tweets about this:

“concludes by slamming the media for its dereliction of duty”

This sums up a problem. The media isn’t going to save the GOP. There’s not going to be a reverse Watergate. They are what they are. The only change will be them getting worse.

Too many Republicans think that if the media would just shine the light of truth on the Left, everything would get better. Aside from the obvious fact that the media will never do that, why would it make a difference? The Democrats would just ignore it. Shame? Lol. Voters? Lol. They feel no shame, and have demonstrated that voting doesn’t matter. Republicans don’t understand how to wield power, and they don’t understand that the Democrats do.

".... Doesn’t matter....the insurrection act is still subject to the courts and the constitution...."

The original Insurrection Act of 1797 did require the courts to approve of any action but the law has been changed in the last 10 years. The President pretty much has free reign now to act.

The Insurrection Act, has been restructured and retitled for the 21st century as "The Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act” and codified in four sections of the US Code:

10 USC § 251, Federal Aid for State Governments

10 USC § 252, Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority

10 USC § 253, Interference with State and Federal Law

10 USC § 254, Proclamation to Disperse

Of the four provisions, the most recent and the most powerful is 10 USC § 253, which was rewritten in 2006.

It reads in part ".... The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it-

1. .... so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;

or 2. .... opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."....

The authority is vested solely in the President. He does not need the invitation of state governors to intervene, nor does he need the approval of the Supreme Court. Older provisions of the Insurrection Act required either a governor or a judicial proceeding to authorize its use, but these limits were purposefully removed by Congress in § 253.

There is no time limit on the President’s activities. Older versions of the Insurrection Act limited the use of force to brief periods of time and then required legislative approval. Those limits, too, are also gone. The President is allowed to use any means that he (and again, he needs no one else) considers necessary. This includes using the armed forces (which enables him to bypass the Posse Comitatus Act) and using the militia which is detailed in 10 USC § 252 " Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority."

The President’s ability to use force isn’t restricted to actual rebellion or insurgency. He can act against merely unlawful combinations and conspiracies. To be clear: If the President decides that a conspiracy has deprived people of a right and believes that authorities fail or refuse to protect the right, he can send in the troops.

In blunt terms, Congress has given the power to President Trump to proclaim:

“I, President Trump, have determined that a conspiracy has deprived 70 million Americans of their right to vote and that the other authorities are refusing to protect this right. I therefore order the suppression of this conspiracy by any means necessary.”

As long as the president has the military on his side, it looks like he can do this on his own without the courts, governors or the Congress. Remember, Trump has just fired the DOD secretary, Espy, since the election. He appointed a former Green Beret and special ops guy, Christopher Miller, to replace him for two months. Miller turned right around and changed the chain of command structure so that the Special Forces are now on the same level as the regular service troop and reports directly to him. Trump also appointed Kash Patel as Miller's chief of staff. Patel's expertise is following the money, which Trump will need to find out who was being paid to cheat and where the money came from.

I don't believe the military itself is against Trump, just the Obama generals at the top of the food chain. Putting Miller in there as the DOD head, has all troops, regular service and special ops reporting directly to him. The troops themselves love Trump, as witnessed by his reception at the Army/Navy football game. So I think Trump has the military behind him now.

So whatever Trump is planning, invoking the updated Insurrection Act or relying on his EO #31484 regarding Foreign Interference in our elections or both, he has something up his sleeve as his hole card. Trump hasn't played his last card yet.

But he is about to.

I posted a snippet from this report on my FB page. An acquaintance of mine responded with the following “diligent research:”

“While teaching at UC Irvine, Navarro ran unsuccessfully for office in San Diego, California, five times. In 1992, he ran for mayor, finishing first (38.2%) in the primary, but lost with 48% to Susan Golding in the runoff. During his mayoral campaign, Navarro ran on a no-growth platform.[31] He paid $4,000 in fines and court costs for violating city and state election laws.” - Wikipedia
