GA Senate Runoff Election Cheat
12/13/2020 | Vanity

Posted on 12/13/2020 8:03:57 AM PST by RideForever

GA law states that a runoff election is a continuation of a primary election; therefore only persons who voted in the primary can vote in the runoff less than a month from now. I contend that the knowledge exists to state the maximum number of votes possible in the coming runoff. All the Secty of State has to do is report the names of the voters from their vote history of who voted in the primary. From that list you delete the voters with address changes out-of-state. Clearly anyone recently registered is double-checked not to be on the runoff list of qualified runoff voters ('QRV'). There, you have it. The max number of votes available for the runoff.

The machines' program needs to be modified to check the list of QRVs before accepting the ballot. Test data should include names of voters both on and off the list of QRVs for multiple candidates. A test result of the trial run against the machine should be available less than a month before the actual election, along with the test data used.

The GA Republicans should demand the list of QRVs and test results TODAY for the runoff.

Anything less is another cheat from a state with a history of election cheating.

Their votes in the Electoral College should be nullified until they can produce a bona fide election.

IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer). But I have experience in data analysis for statistical reports at major utilities and healthcare providers as a contract programmer / analyst.

The GA SOS will only apply this to Republicans. With everything that has happened the GA SOS during his election fraud search could only find one person that might have committed fraud, a republican from Florida, who might have tried to register recently in the run off. This is how I know the guy is a fake.

If you didn't vote before, you can vote now and even register and vote...as long as you registered by Dec 7.

You made something up. Maybe your blog should be removed.

A judge in GA just ruled that they have to permit votes in the runoff from something like 100,000 voters who were purged from the voter rolls in 2019. (For things like not existing, etc.)

There is no authority that could do that.

The SOS in GA is corrupt and will not look into any significant voter fraud issues, and he doubled down on the illegal election law changes he made in March. In fact they are ADDING more of these insecure absentee ballot drop boxes.

There is not one person in our government, Governor, Lt. Governor, SOS, and AG, who will even look at the massive fraud in GA. There is only a few GA legislators here who are calling it out. It is clear GA is under siege and I don’t know a way out other than courts, insurrection act, or the last box.

Maybe your blog should be removed.

Without a link there is no blog, it is just another vanity post.

I think the Gov and SOS are establishment tools. They wanted Trump to lose Kelly L is the Gov choice. They will enforce the rules this time and turn the cheating off.

As a side note, we received eight flyers urging us to vote for a specific candidate yesterday. Average has been two or three.

Boxes can be made to be damaged and disappeared forcing the state to have to guard them. When they are guarded they can’t be stuffed....
“Pliven” the state and make them spend the resources to guard and secure the boxes!

As my wife said this morning: We have already had the opportunity for the Last Free Election in this country on November Third — there will not be another.

A month ago we found the citation in voter law you cited and we discussed it on thread. We also found more than two judicial ruling making it moot and noted on-going registrations for a number of reasons. The Governor was called out by Trump in a tweet yesterday as unworthy of support - so he is bitter as is the bought and paid for SOS.

The forces for corruption were unchallenged seven weeks ago. They will go on with the same next month. Georgia might have patriots stand up in huge numbers but I doubt it.

Stop spreading fake information. The rats will win if you keep putting in peoples’ minds fake carp.

-—(10) To prepare and provide a notice to all candidates for federal or state office advising such candidates of such information, to include requirements of this chapter, as may, in the discretion of the Secretary of State, be conducive to the fair, legal, and orderly conduct of primaries and elections. A copy of such notice shall be provided to each superintendent for further distribution to candidates for county and militia district offices;

There is what is written in law Ga code 21-2-501 a(10) “ 10) The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224 .”

And then there is this new rule that the SOS agreed to in the consent decree with Stacy Abrams group. The consent decree violates the law.
