Refresh my memory here. Wasn’t the RICO Act used against some pro-life organizations (Operation Rescue?) when the plaintiffs claimed that their civil liberties had been violated? The First Amendment was originally designed to protect political speech which is what we have here. Maybe our side ought to RICO the heck out of Facebook and Twitter if he can.
