I read what GP wrote and the two tweets. I’m not seeing these were votes cast- I’m seeing they are ineligible. The key is - did all or most of these CoA ballots get cast, OR are they marked as ineligible?
Nothing I read makes that clear.
Obviously, if over 130k INELIGIBLE votes were cast (no matter who they voted for) It’s a big damn deal- but Barris isn’t clear on that- at least to me.

Lucky for us the Congress and courts interfered with President Trump’s plan to perform a proper census.
President Trump had all of the Government databases cross-referenced, which would help ID the fraud
Trumps turnout freaked them out. They essentially over-cheated to compensate and got sloppy.
