I read what GP wrote and the two tweets. I’m not seeing these were votes cast- I’m seeing they are ineligible. The key is - did all or most of these CoA ballots get cast, OR are they marked as ineligible?
Nothing I read makes that clear.
Obviously, if over 130k INELIGIBLE votes were cast (no matter who they voted for) It’s a big damn deal- but Barris isn’t clear on that- at least to me.
Does this mean all Foreign Leaders congratulating sleepy Joe on his win, now need rescind the message?
