1. Only the electoral college or the various state legislatures can declare a candidate the winner. To base this decision on network vote totals and projections and to call Biden the “president-elect” is irresponsible.
2. The recounts in Arizona, Georgia, and the other states are likely to go heavily for Trump. Most of the likely errors or invalid votes took place on mailed-in ballots. (Machine votes are harder to tamper with). Since Biden won upwards of two-thirds of mail-in votes and absentee ballots, it is likely that most of the discarded mail ballots will be subtracted from Biden’s total.
3. The networks currently give Trump 214 electorate voters (270 is the victory level)

The state legislatures can direct the Electors to vote for Trump. Biden states can be temporary withdrawal from the Union and not submit Electoral votes.

Apparently the AZ numbers are not looking good. Trump is projected to lose there, per today’s numbers.
I’m gobsmacked. This is the most plain straight forward explanation I have seen as to why Trump should press onward. And a perfect rational for carrying on. Now of Trump would only explain it just this way instead of Twitter a rant to those of us who already support him.

Last I heard, Trump is on track to win Arizona by 150-6,000 votes.
There’s supposed to be another drop at 4:00 pm (Arizona time). We should know more then.
The way I understand it...DOJ won’t /cannot get involved in election until after 10 days
