Eric Bolling questioned Trump about why he was doing this stacked, nonsense, debate during the townhall last night. And Trump's answer is not going to make many conservatives too happy. I really don't get why Trump did not boycott the debate commission long ago. But hey, he is a billionaire and the president and I am not.

The commission is corrupt and influencing the election for Biden. Amazing that politicians and Americans haven't risen up against it.

Well what was his answer?
Was it too many words to add to your post? :)
Not all of us watched it.
It’s a ridiculous move and sometimes Trump’s ego gets the best of him. That’s why he’s doing it.

Nope. I’d go to the debate and start telling the American public and as soon as they cut the mic I’d walk out.

It might make a good TV for Trump to go to the debate and make them enforce the ban over and over.

Is this true?
If so, what is the point of a debate?
Completely ridiculous.

PLEASE DO NOT DO THE DEBATE TONIGHT, THE WHOLE EVENT IS BENEATH YOU.
Full of snakes and sneaks. Stay Away.

F them! Drop out and do a press conference explaining why. Why Trump agreed to this in the first place with a Marxist as moderator is beyond me.

This silly headline is typical of the sensationalist sh!t Ive come to expect from GP.
The debate commission doesnt need to issue such a directive. The moderator of this debate is never going to ask any questions about the shady dealings of Joe and Hunter Biden.
Its up to President Trump to push this story right out into the open in his own answers.

Trump should just ignore their questions and talk about it. If they cut his mic then ignore their next question and tell the American people that he is fighting for them against the corrupt swamp, corrupt Big Tech and the corrupt MSM and their censorship.
Make the townhall about Bidens corruption or Media/Big Tech censorship the instant they try to stop it.

I really don't get why Trump did not boycott the debate commission long ago. Me too. Have an impromptu rally in a swing state instead.

Trump should not have announced publicly that he would go after biden’s corruption during the debate. Big mistake. Now they will take all measures to see it does not happen.

It that stuff was untrue-they’d welcome the chance to clarify things and place blame on the people who ‘invented’ it.

"I really don't get why Trump did not boycott the debate commission long ago"because, like in war, you go to where our nation's enemy is in order to defeat him.
To: SmokingJoe
The debate commission cannot ban any topic. If it were to try, the banned topic would be the biggest news item and reveal the moderators for the snakes they are.
I think the average American viewer would get suspicious if Trump’s microphone is muted when it is his time to speak. And Biden’s never? It would be hilarious.
