No, I’m not saying you could commit a crime by turning over a computer containing illegal pornography to authorities. They would commit a crime if they separately republished to the public arena any pictures or videos of Hunter Biden doing such a sick thing that are on the hard drive.
Oh for crying out loud. Who the heck believes this crap? Great way to make Biden the victim. Trump is not going to release any such thing.

The videos can be released in such a way that the most graphic frames are blurred out...but that takes a bit of work of course.

He may also point out that these tapes could have been used for blackmail purposes.

The salacious evidence (photos, videos, etc) can be used as political blackmail but, if the intended blackmail party refuses, it really doesn’t have much value beyond that.
If Trump/Giuliani/anyone else can’t show the original files because of pornography statutes, they could be altered to edit out the faces/private parts of the victims but once you do that, the media will lead every story with words like “altered”, “doctored”, “photoshopped” or “faked”. The image would have to be *clearly* Hunter Biden, not something so blurry that it *might* be Hunter Biden.
There is also a very high risk that releasing the info as a news story will backfire on Trump and create sympathy for Biden.
My advice is to ignore this and stay focused on the money-for-favors aspect. I’m not sure that dragging down Hunter Biden’s reputation does any more good than attacking Brian Williams’ credibility.
I could be wrong. Would not be the first time.

Besides when it comes to the election that Hunter was selling access with Pops approval is much more important then his being a sick pervert. Hunter is not the one running for office.
Now if the video is of Joe, that would be an entirely different kettle of fish.

Someone better put Hunter on suicide watch. This guy does not sound too stable. I would bet he now is on blow 24/7 to cope. He may be an OD waiting to happen.
