I heard the Drudge was sold and that’s why it’s gone all liberal. So sad because that besmirches Matt Drudge’s name.

There are so many good aggregate sites out there. They helped me start out so I’m hoping to help other small writers get hits. Like Gen Z.

I’ve noticed your excitement over finding FR with interest. Many of us felt the same way upon finding this gem. I have literally grown old here. Haven’t contributed all that much, but I still say that FR was the first FB and that Jim Robinson invented the program. Thank Jim and God for not accepting advertising. The state of America was weighing heavy on my heart when I first stumbled on FR. I couldn’t believe there could be that many people who thought like myself. That was in 1998. Have gained lifelong friends here. We met, we organized, we sent gifts and many of them came to visit me all the way from CA to WV. My life has been enriched by all of them and this old retired pastor thanks God for them. Welcome and good wishes for your dreams.

So sad because that besmirches Matt Drudge’s name.

Matt Drudge did a lot of good. I had thought he was the rare bird who could not be extorted because he just didn't care. For instance, someone had spilled some dirt about Matt Drudge being an ovaphiliac, and he himself released the headline "Matt Drudge Has Sex with Eggs"

Even by the 2012 campaign, he had aligned himself with Mitt Romney ... the ONLY Republican in the entire world who could not credibly attack Obamacare. Why? Well in more recent years it is understood that Drudge has settled in with a fellow. So while Drudge might not be sensitive, maybe the fellow is. Also, as he aged and became VERY financally independent, these issues may have dwarfed others.

A REAL conservative would not have sold out to the kind of people who run it now.

A more extreme version of this is that David Brock fellow, who came out with "The Real Anita Hill" before turning as much as the most kayfabe professional wrestler.

So, remember Matt Drudge for his good, but some of the attacks on him may not be without merit.
