That wouldn't be a problem. Trump ALREADY has suffered harm as per this report:

In the case of the legislature, the harm is the usurpation of their separation of powers by the judiciary.
Once the court overturns a power delegated solely to them by the Constitution, they've been harmed.

Previously SCOTUS has refused to hear PA appeals coming from Republican legislators.
The current Congressional district lines were drawn by the PA supreme court because the Ds didn't like the way Rs drew them.
Scotus refused to hear the case.
PA Supremes also ruled voter ID unconstitutional. I can't remember if that was appealed.

The harm is the change in the rules, so yes, there has been harm.

I am not sharp when it comes to the courts.
So it would need to be in a federal court to reach the supreme court?

NC wants to count votes 14 days after election this BS is getting to be ridiculous they have early voting NOW they want voting extended 2 weeks AFTER election!!
