U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- At about 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, 6 August, at the intersection of Meridian Street and I-65, a group of agitators associated with Black Lives Matters were illegally blocking Meridian Street. A blue GM Sierra pick-up approaches. There is plenty of room for the agitators to be off of the street. There are not many of them, somewhat less than a hundred by estimation.
Instead of getting out of the lane to allow people to freely travel on the public right of way, they are spread out to block the street.
Two agitators deliberately block the blue Sierra, pulling guns to reinforce their blockage. In the video, it is clear there is plenty of room for the truck to pass, if the agitators move a few feet to one side.
Obstruction of Traffic in Indiana is a crime.
Sec. 13 . (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who, with the intent to obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic, obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic commits obstruction of traffic, a Class B misdemeanor.
When the truck attempts to avoid the illegal blockage, the agitators run to get in front of the truck, to block it. It is almost as if they want the truck to hit someone.
The traffic blockers attempt to justify their blockage with the claim the truck attempted to hit them.
No evidence of such an attempt is seen in the video. The truck driver appears to take significant action to avoid hitting the agitators.
One agitator, self-identified only as “Icon” says he pulled his gun and jumped in front of the truck to protect a young girl. No such girl can be seen in front of the truck, although a girl

Someone analyzed the video of this incident and concluded that those two guys had had law enforcement training of some sort, probably with the FBI. Their stances, the way they hold their weapons, their movements to back one another up (which obviously aren’t apparent in these still fotos) . . . all point to their being professionals of some sort.

The escalation in violence from these people is carefully planned. They are stepping it up gradually. Now it’s rocks on cops, shooting cops. Guns drawn on drivers. All the time they receive open support from the democrat mayors. Soon it will go up another notch.
I would’ve agreed with you 20 years ago. These days you can learn the maneuvers on YouTube and practice them on your own. There are also endless private held training classes led by ex SOF, etc.
Stand at the low ready and then aim 10k times in front of the TV and it becomes muscle memory.
I’d like to know if any of these scum get arrested in future. What they are doing looks like a good way to get shot. I mean they are going to draw guns and approach a vehicle armed? They are obviously not police.
In Portland last night they pulled a driver from a pickup truck and mobbed him. After he was lying on the ground bleeding and unconscious, some of the mob kicked and punched him.

Great way to toss aside individual liberties and grow the government. I wouldn’t put it past our alphabet soup that thinks they are above our elected representatives.
While people will get hurt and killed, the level of violence is going to have to go up before it will ever come down. Rocks and fireworks can be ignored by the left as pranks but guns...well who’s constantly trying to eliminate guns because they are so bad?

I would say they are demonstrating advance training. Every shooting school in the country starts out teaching low ready. But the fact remains, our adversaries are arming and training, so we must be better prepared and trained to handle these encounters. Avoid, avoid, avoid, but when there is no alternative, its first-est with the most-est.

Looks to me like tiger stripe guy has his finger on the trigger.
But speaking of law enforcement, how many stories have we read of LEOs firing on someone if they see or think they see that someone with a gun in their hand or just reaching for what may or may not be a gun? Frequently they are not charged because they say they thought their lives were in danger.
And, how many posters on this forum have said not to draw your gun till you are going to shoot, leading to the idea that if you see someone with a gun in hand they are going to shoot?
By some lights, might not those drawn guns be enough of a threat to justify running the holders down in self defense?
The guy in black was off to the right side of the truck, along with the (dumb) girl in shorts.
The guy in black runs up behind yellow stripe, and the girl gets ahead of him, in front of his gun.
When truck tries to drive around, they all run over to his new location . . . they are not protecting some girl.
Note the dad with his little girl in hand, walking toward the truck under the overpass, while guns are out????
It is exactly the response they want, what they are trying to create.
Those present have already been indoctrinated in what to say:
They were trying to run us over.
We were peaceful protestors, the racist tried to kill us.
They *will* use the local political structure to go after drivers with criminal charges.
Video, car cameras, body cameras are your friend.
Def not over the top to carry your SBS in the truck. I carry SBR as truck gun on top of my concealed EDC. Then again, I live in one of the well known far left urban dumps that makes the news for antifa activity etc.
