Some staffer wrote the Twitter post. It is so obvious because it actually makes sense.
The media will work full time to cover-up Biden’s gaffes.
They will edit out, change the subject, or ignore Biden’s

Joe never heard of a monolith let alone use the word.
There are a lot of problems for Joe, here:
1. This is not an apology, this is a “clarification”.
2. Therefore the original statement still stands, only now it has been “clarified”.
3. Therefore, the message in total, is, “although the Black community is somewhat diverse, the Hispanic community is really, really diverse.”
So a legitimate question is, what special insight has Joe Biden passed on to us, the voters? What do we know now, that we didn’t know before he spoke and then “clarified” his statement?
I contend he put out a word-salad of gibberish noting the fact that Blacks have, in the past, voted 90% for democrats, thus confirming they have little “diversity”. Hispanics, on the other hand, since they vote 60% for democrats, are more diverse. Get it?
Biden doesn’t know how to operate a computer, the idea that he could actually post a ‘twitter’ comment is absurd and unbelievable.
