If that is correct then his first sentence in his post #1 seems a bit odd, to me it indicated that the author and the poster are two different people: “ A pretty good synopsis”

Yep, the FIRST THING the rioters did was call the police...the same people they’re trying to eliminate.
One thing that I let Leftists know (in other forums, of course), is that police officers are TRAINED to respond appropriately to the level of threat. Civilians carrying weapons have virtually no formal training, in almost all cases. The Left, here, is trying to conflate CCW owners with highly trained policemen.
So, if I’m on a jury, I could care less as to where the guy was pointing the AK or anything else. All that I need to know is that the guy was NOT threatened by driver, since he instead walked up to his car brandishing a gun. As far as I’m concerned, once it’s obviously not a cop, the person walking up with the gun needs to be shot, since who knows what he’s really after.

Damn!!! I love Dean, and had no idea he was here with us. He always give very OBJECTIVE analysis, which doesn’t take sides (such as here, when he mentions a potential defense for the rioters), but still gives us all the information we need to both keep safe, and to keep out of trouble.

Police at the scene responded to the shooting within seconds, and gave emergency care to Foster. Foster later died at the hospital. Police Chief Brian Manley said a new tactic used at this protest was a number of vehicles following the mob, which blocked police cars from getting close to the agitators. When a police car attempted to get closer to the shooting scene, one of the cars blocked it from going forward... It does not appear that any of the drivers who where blocking police cars were arrested, nor were any of the agitators blocking the street arrested.
First, the mayor and city council should be removed. Then the "protesters" should be stormed, dragged out in irons, and put out of our misery. However, the quite normal backlash in November against Demagogic Party BS will be a nice first step.
