Perp was interviewed shortly before, complaining that the right to march in streets had been revoked so he’d exercise some other right: RKBA. Seemed mostly a prop to him.
Latter a mob swarmed an intersection. One car did a legit right on red, only to find the crosswalk illegally occupied by jaywalkers. Driver stopped, mob began swarming the car. One photo shows the perp pointing his rifle at the car. On audio recording we hear 5 rapid shots, likely the perp - followed by 3 different rapid shots, likely perp being killed. Everyone runs away.
