I share your frustration about what has been happening...more accurately, not happening...with the so-called Durham investigation. But folks on our side need to get it through our heads that the fix was in a long time ago.
The plan was always to slow walk and run out the clock. The talk of indictments was always disinformation designed to let off steam and appear to be doing something.
They are proceeding according to plan.
When Jeff Sessions was not doing his job President Trump called him out on it. I do not hear President Trump calling out Barr for not doing his job. To me that means something.
Barr’s specialty is burying Deep State crimes, including, when necessary, getting evidence sealed through sham prosecutions.
In that light, he is succeeding massively in his “mission”.
Running out the clock for the corrupt.
Failing? He is succeeding in covering up for the Deep State™.
Durham is doing the same great job Huber did.
Barr/Durham inactivity reminds me of 1996. For many of us who understood the Clintonian duplicity, we were expecting Special Counsel Kenneth Starr to spell out the Clinton crimes for all to see prior to election day, so the voters would go to the polls to remove Clinton corruption from the White House. What a deflating experience it was when Starr announced in Sep 1996 (I believe that’s when it was) there would be no more action from his office before the election, to avoid the appearance of being too political (IOW, he didn’t want to upset the Dems and their media). I have a sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach Barr will soon be making a similar pronouncement.
I’ve been saying since day one that the best time for the Barr and Durham information to be made public is in the months before the election, and that Trump understands the concept of timing.
But time is running out. This sort of thing has happened in the past, but I really did think that this time it was “probably” different. I give it another two months before I will say that Lucy got Charlie Brown again with the football.
And if nothing comes of this before the election, you can absolutely take to the bank that we were being played from day one.

I’ll never understand why PDJT chose Barr. There are so many qualified people who would be 100% supportive of Trump and his mission — yet he chose Barr.

Agree. Trump has now had in football terms two head coaches (Sessions, Barr) and three offensive coordinators (Huber, Whitaker, Durham) and has yet to score a single TD. Heck, they haven’t even gotten in field goal range yet.
