After DeBlasio’s actions today I wouldn’t be surprised if the NYPD just stood down.

The curfew for NYC was set so late (11pm) that it looks like a dodge to minimize the need for any enforcement action and just let the looting continue.
Democrat authorities are using the rioters against the law-abiding own population. It is terrorism against the people by proxy.
