You know that they wore clean scrubs. I’ve also seen hospital employees wearing scrubs to Walmart in a rural part of the Midwest, probably on the way to work. Even if they were to wear them on the way home, Walmart is no safer from infection than a hospital (see individual customers loitering to easily block whole aisles in protest...*grunt*).

I see something in the disagreements here that some of us might be missing. The folks protesting and getting angry (and sometimes name calling, etc.) seem to be in Democrat states for the most part, and restrictions in those states are more extensive.
The political and social environment is different in some of the more conservative states, states that are less dependent on imports, entertainment and tourism but more involved in production. Many kinds of production businesses tend to be much easier to continue running with some precautions. Most manufacturing shops in rural areas, for example, are well ventilated with employees having more space.
I lived and worked in west Denver for a couple of years before moving up onto the Range for about 15 years (more like the Strange with so many regulations imposed by all political sides). The whole State continues to change a lot, with so many more people moving in from the coasts to buy everything up (including local governments) and bring their foreign politics with them (commie left vs. fascist left, no room for real conservatives).

I think we are all waking up to the fact that the loose general term of fake news, or liberal or “left leaning” news we’ve all been using the past 20+ years has always been or maybe more recently has evolved over time to news media that is actually completely bought and paid for by the Chinese communists. Maybe it has happened over time as China’s wealth has increased by leaps and bounds due to stealing our technology, our manufacturing, lousy trade deals, crippling regulations here, etc. Now they have money and can buy their own propaganda machines and they have done it.
We have GOT to get them our of our country, our media, our universities. That virus of communist infiltration is much worse than the Wuhan CCP virus. Because it lasts and effects every aspect of our lives, not just health.
