CURIOUS! Has anybody out there of Social Security got $1,200 stimulus direct deposit yet?
Ive been thinking about an iPhone, too. The one they released Friday has iPhone 11 guts in an iPhone 8 casing for $400 for the 64GB model....

Im amazed to see an iPhone model at that price point. Gonna go like hot cakes! The shipping times/dates are going to slip rapidly (IMHO) so dont wait too long to get your online order in.
Im expect to get a paper check and when I do Im going To frame it so I can look at Trumps name on it. /s. After all paper denominations have a president on them.
Should I use it instead to pay taxes?
got=gotten, I am an American after all.
That's exactly my situation. The online app doesn't work for me, it says: "According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time."
People who filed a tax return for 2019 or 2018
No additional action is needed by taxpayers who:
have already filed their tax returns this year for 2019. The IRS will use this information to calculate the payment amount.
havent filed yet for 2019 but filed a 2018 federal tax return. For these taxpayers the IRS will use their information from 2018 tax filings to make the Economic Impact Payment calculations.

You sarcasm tagged your frame it comment but, if I was receiving a paper stimulus check (Im not), Id DEFINITELY frame mine. I could do that because I deposit paper checks using my iPhone since I bank with USAA.
Nope. Filed 2018 tax return, but being lazy on 2019 with the extension.....but our normal monthly deposit is next week.....we’ll see......
We apparently got one for a little more than $1200 on 4/15.
Shouldn’t we get two as a married couple?
Who do we contact to find out what has been deposited and what is coming?
Thanks
I am NOT getting SS, and I already filed 2019, and I still didn’t get it. IRS web page says I’m eligible, and “when we have your payment date,we will update this page.” Pretty much everyone I know has already received theirs
Yes. I am on full SS and got my deposit.
Another “NO” here from a SS recipient.
The website https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here for NON-FILERS has this info:
Do NOT continue here if:
- You receive Social Security, Railroad Retirement, or SSDI benefits. The IRS will automatically send you an Economic Impact Payment.
- You have already filed a 2019 federal income tax return.
- Your 2019 gross income exceeded $12,200 ($24,400 for a married couple) or other reasons require you to file a 2019 federal tax return.
- You were married at the end of 2019 and are not submitting information here with your spouse.
- You were not a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident in 2019
Bill of Rights,

Suspended due to
“ChiCom Cooties!”
My parents did.
nope. not yet.
We make sure that we almost NEVER get a refund so that the IRS may not use our money without paying interest. We got the same message. Word is from someone knowledgeable (that person processes debit card issues) the IRS is not going to send checks to those who do not get refunds until the next return is filed (this year). The IRS has a way of persuading people to do what IT wants you to do.
Bill of Rights,
Sold for $1200 ... the modern day 30 pieces of silver.
Nope.
And we filed taxes two weeks ago.
And are on direct deposit.
And are on Social security.
Not here. File taxes every year and on SS. Did visit the IRS web site and saw the same message others here reported. My eligibility was undetermined even though my income is well under the cut-off point.
