I do not think anyone knows for certain what is going to happen with Coronavirus.
Amid the fear of the pandemic, how many people are scared that the risk of an economic depression from all the current “social isolation” makes this cure potentially far worse than the disease?
Who is going to pay back all of the money that governments are suddenly spending? How many generations will that take? Or is it just being printed now to meet the needs of the 24 hours news cycle for a few weeks or months? In that case, where will real value go?

Paying down or paying back the debt has never been an option. The debt figure is just a number to keep everyone under control via the tax system.
IRS takes in about 2 trillion a year from personal income taxes. Why do we have to pay taxes? Why not just add that 2 trillion to the national debt and let everyone be free? I’ve heard people say that would bankrupt the nation. 30 years ago we only had 1 or 2 trillion in debt. Now we will be around 25 trillion after this latest bailout. Apparently that additional 23 trillion didn’t bankrupt us and by 2030 that figure will probably be over 35 or 40 trillion.
Since Nixon went off the gold standard in 1971 we haven’t paid down 1 penny of debt. So, at this point it’s just a goalpost.. The debt limit changes every year and no-one even cares about it anymore.
What does change is inflation. The cost of everything goes up with all the money printing. This debt and the federal reserve along with the help from the federal Gov is whats leading the charge for socialism and free everything.. Yes I understand nothing is free but we have 2 options. 1 socialism or 2 freedom preceded by a depression with Americans claiming their inherent freedom back and the end of the federal reserve system.
