Jay Forman became very ill earlier this month and tested positive for the coronavirus. He went to the hospital on March 16th with a fever and a cough. The doctor gave him Motrim and a cough medicine and sent him home. After he went home he got progressively worse.
By last Friday Jay was in bad shape and had to go back to the hospital. He had a 102 degree temperature was coughing and couldn’t speak and couldn’t breathe.
Then the doctors gave him hydroxychloroquine on Saturday morning and a Z-Pak. Four days later his fever broke and he has no symptoms. He was released from the hospital on Thursday morning.
Laura Ingraham: Before you got the hydroxychloroquine you felt you were going in a really bad direction?
Jay Forman: Absolutely. I think the hydroxychoroquine and the Z-Pak definitely saved my life.
Laura Ingraham: And what do you think of governors who are saying doctors cannot prescribe it in off-label use if it’s not part of a controlled study…?
Jay Forman: They have to do what they have to do to save people’s lives! I’m laying in the bed in the hospital and I’m watching President Trump saying this can possibly can work. And I’m living proof! I’m on the TV now with you!
This was SOOO powerful!

Did he have Corona?
Amstel but that’s besides the point.

Just look at the image above the article.
Successful therapy against Covid-19 virus from New York State:
Dr. Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko Board Certified Family Practitioner 501 Rt 208, Monroe, NY 10950 845-238-0000
March 23, 2020
To all medical professionals around the world:
My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.
As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).
Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:
1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.
2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.
3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).
My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:
1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days
2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days
3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days
The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.
Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.
Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.
In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.
With much respect,
Dr. Zev Zelenko

Silly. This is an advertisement.
I read a very detailed posting from an ER MD in New Orleans that is seeing COVID-19 in almost every patient. He was prescribing hydroxychloroquine with azithromycin for some very sick COVID patients but did not see significant benefits.
This was the first negative report I have seen and is disheartening. Its only one data point but the drugs may only benefit patients early in their illness and not later once they are on ventilators. He said about 86% of patients that had to be ventilated eventually died.
That was some supposed doctor on Reddit who claims he works in a community hospital in New Orleans. Just a user name on Reddit and no hospital named and nothing from him about his own name or credentials. Dont believe everything you read on those sites.
People think doctors know whats going on in the news. Many times thats not true. They live in a bubble. People are dying tonight because the news has not caught up with them yet.
I read the same thing... I didnt see single reference to those drugs.
Ive heard Guinness helps prevent Coronavirus. In which case, I will be fine.
these stories need to be tops on FR and elsewhere

Let’s wait for the FDA/CDC to finish trials in about a year.
An epidemiologist from New Orleans was on Laura Ingraham Tuesday and she was not very encouraging either. She said they were using it for most cases and the results were not clear.
You’re a fear monger.
