Couple things.....First, I never heard of this idiot. Second, Rush never said it was just a common cold and third, Rush has no children let alone a daughter.......

When you trivialize the term ‘holocaust’, which should be Holocaust, you are dead to me.
Sometimes I wonder if this corona virus is just this year’s flu and they jazzed it up with a special name, is it not the case that thousands of people (many with weak immune systems) die every winter from some flu or another? And there are quite a few cases of this in western countries where the people are not particularly ill and have either recovered or are expected to recover. Maybe what happened in Wuhan will turn out to be some local mutation of it that cannot be sustained elsewhere. Anyway, sooner or later there will be a very severe pandemic of some sort. This just doesn’t quite feel like it.
I've read elsewhere that the air quality in Wuhan is so bad that it's the equivalent of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. For sake of argument, let's assume that's true. Add on top of that a weakened immune system and older Chinese males who are known to smoke heavily and I think we have a confluence of factors that drive the number of deaths in China.
As someone who does have a compromised immune system (ankylosing spondylitis, a genetic condition that drives out of control inflammation of the spine, joints and major organs) I have to keep an eye on the progression of this virus across continents and into the United States.
One last comment: someone on here yesterday posted a good thread about prepping for the coronavirus here in the US. People such as myself would do well to find it and follow it, just sayin'.
