This was known over two years ago when the fake dossier was confirmed and the bogus FISA application. Why trump didn’t charge them with sedition from hillary to McCain’s Chief of Staff to comey, lynch and Obama is beyond me. Coups are sedition IIRC.
Had Trump indicted and imprisoned Hillary and Obama, the dems would have peed themself and cowered in the corner. Instead for the last two years he has allowed them to drive the investigation agenda and put himself on the defensive. And Hillary and Obama have led the Resistance and attempted to sabotage everything he tries to do. Now if he does anything, he will look vindictive and lose votes.
when he calls hillary a criminal and points out Obama was spying and Biden is corrupt, the absence of an indictment makes his comments absurd. He is the top law enforcement person in the country.

An indictment such as what you describe is not built overnight. To do it right means taking the necessary time and effort to build a solid case, and then present it to the court. Have we learned nothing from the House Managers, in their lame attempt to remove the President?
That’s easy to answer. The plotters went on the offensive immediately when President Trump was inaugurated. If he had instituted such as you advocated, they would have started impeachment far earlier claiming political motives. He did not yet have the investigative facts to back up such a move that early. Suspicions, yes, but no evidence. Plus, remember who was in charge of the FBI, DOJ, and other investigative departments until they were replaced. That took time to ferret them out and we are still finding them squirreled away in deep state rabbit holes (I know, I’m mixing metaphors). Trump still did not know the depth of the sedition or actual treason that had been plotted.
It appears liberal elites (’the adults in the room’) are traitors....
I’m hoping the 3 year wait was because the DS was in positions to really hurt him - he has been slowly getting rid of them/giving them enough rope to hang themselves.
Also, he needed lots of those 187! judges in place. AND the 2 new SC justices.
I assume he has control over the situation.
