I live i Squirrel Hill, where 11 innocent people were shot and killed at a synagogue last year.
In Texas, just today, when some idiot tried to carry out a mass shooting at a church in Texas, several other people immediately pulled out their own guns and stopped him.
It’s a good thing that it’s legal for law abiding citizens to carry guns in churches in Texas.
We’ll never know how many lives they saved.

The gaslight press will never breathe a word of this.
My pastor and most of the congregation carries. Without fail. It seems almost third world to think the one place I most need to carry is church.

One of my favorite authors was Skeeter Skelton who died way to young. I remember his saying that their Methodist preacher in Hereford, Texas kept a .45 auto in his pulpit.
I live in Western PA and when I go to Mass, I carry and it's legal{I have a concealed carry permit}.
My Priest{s} know I carry and every one approves.
Never leave home without it.

Analysis of shooting:
Down here in Texas, not only does God guide our conscience, he tends to guide our aim, too. It looked like that poor soul who took the second round from the perp was coming out with his own gun, but was a bit too slow on the draw. I must have counted at least a dozen other guns that came out during the video. Let that be a lesson to the perps: don’t mess around in a Texas church.
Next time try one of your liberal sanctuary gun-free jurisdictions, bud.

where I live in Johnson County, Texas (south of Ft. Worth), our pastor carries. I’m thinking about buying a pistol and getting a CCW.

The shot that felled the shooter was quick, and exceptionally well-placed. I’m sure that man is a bit shaken, and we should all pray for him (and for everyone in the church, of course).
But he did a great job. He was standing at the back, so he was clearly on security detail.

After looking at the video again, it looks like the perp did manage to get off one last shot toward the unarmed congregation before the guy to the left of screen takes him out. So, there were four shots in all.
